Full disclosure or nothing
Passport platforms ask for the complete specification, then expose it to everyone in the chain. There is no middle setting.
Circalo is your Digital Solution to store, share and track your asset data.
Easily connect your Digital Product Passports, easily collect sensor data, and easily estimate residual performance of your assets.
Built on a highly secure disclosure model, protect your sensitive data, selectively share and verify data, and comply with the EU regulations across the full service life.
The ESPR mandates Digital Product Passports with material disclosure. Publish your bill of materials and competitors can reconstruct years of R&D from it. Every workaround so far trades your IP for a certificate.
We protect your IP, not trade it.
Passport platforms ask for the complete specification, then expose it to everyone in the chain. There is no middle setting.
An industrial asset put into service in 2026, retired around 2051. Will the certifier that signed it still be trading, and still hold the file?
Static certificates describe the product as built, never as it stands after two decades of load, repair and retrofit.
Recyclers learn which designs actually come apart. That knowledge dies in their yard instead of reaching your next revision.
The tier decides what a party is shown — not which copy of the truth they get. Navy protects, green proves.
Anyone with the QR code on the product. Footprint, recycled content, state of health, end-of-life route.
Recyclers and repairers. Opens by itself at decommissioning — no request queue to sit in.
Regulators and auditors, scoped by jurisdiction and logged on every read.
Design IP. Stays inside the OEM. Nothing leaves but a proof that the claim holds.
"Recycled content ≥ 60%" is answered yes or no against your committed bill of materials, with a proof attached — the percentage, the supplier and the formulation never leave your systems.
Every lifecycle event is sealed as it happens, and the record can be checked independently by a third party — it does not require Circalo to still be operating, or to be asked for permission.
The recycler records what actually came apart. It lands on the same record, and your next design gets to read it.
Four screens carry the whole loop: issue a passport, run disclosure, hand it to a recycler, and let the public read it from the QR code on the product.
Product screens · Illustrative data · Organisations and assets shown are fictional
Every industry has to report different things under a different regulation. Adding one to Circalo means deciding which data fields it needs and matching them to the rules it must satisfy. You still get the same platform and the same passport — not a separate product per industry.
| Industry | Regime | Fields | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wind turbine blades | ESPR · blade material passport | 42 | Pilot-ready |
| EV battery packs | Battery Regulation · Annex XIII | 68 | In development |
| Textiles | EU textile strategy · draft | 31 | Regime mapped |
| Consumer electronics | ESPR · repairability | 47 | Regime mapped |
| Steel | EPD · EN 15804 | 26 | Regime mapped |
File once, satisfy every regime you sell into, and keep the formulation off the wire.
Everything needed to process a material, released automatically at end of life. Nothing more.
One API and a regime mapping per vertical. Bring the industry, reuse the passport.
Circalo is designed to export to the passport formats European industry data spaces already consume, so adopting it does not commit you to a single ecosystem.
No. Circalo takes a bill of materials and lifecycle events from the systems you already run, and produces the passport on top of them.
A database requires every party to trust its operator. A regulator in 2040 auditing a product built in 2026 has no reason to. Circalo is built so the record can be checked without trusting us, or asking us.
The record and its verification remain checkable by a third party without our involvement. That is a design requirement, not a promise about our survival.
You do, once, as policy. The passport then enforces it — including opening Tier 2 automatically at decommissioning, so recyclers are not queuing for approvals on a unit that is already on the ground.
No, and we will not claim otherwise. Circalo proves your declared data has not changed since you committed it. It does not independently verify that the declaration was correct in the first place — that remains your conformity assessment, and we are designed to sit alongside it rather than replace it.
Bring us a real bill of materials under NDA. We will map it to the regime you sell into, show you which fields go public and which stay confidential, and go through the technical detail with your team under NDA.
We will show you which fields go public, which stay confidential, and what a proof looks like on your own bill of materials. We reply within 48 hours. Technical detail is covered under mutual NDA.
