Data controller
Circalo AB (org.nr 559568-8234), also registered as Circalo Green Tech Solutions, with office in Lund, Sweden, is the data controller for the personal data we process via this website.
What data we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect:
- Name (required)
- Email address (required)
- Organisation (optional)
- The role you select under "I am a" (optional)
- Message (required)
- How you found us (optional)
The form also contains a hidden anti-spam field. It is not shown to you, and a submission is only treated as spam if that field is filled in. We collect nothing else through it.

Legal basis and purpose
We process your data based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to respond to business inquiries and potential collaboration. We also process it when you have given consent by submitting the form.
We use your data only to:
- Respond to your inquiry
- Follow up on potential business relationships
How we receive your data
Form submissions are sent via Formspree, a third-party service acting as our processor. Formspree processes the data on our behalf to deliver your message to our email (info@circalo.se). Formspree's privacy policy: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy
Retention
We keep your data as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up. If no business relationship develops, we typically delete or anonymise it within 24 months. You may request deletion at any time.

Cookies and analytics
We do not place cookies on your device, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits, so we can see which pages are read and where visitors arrive from. It is cookieless. It records the page visited, the referring site, and coarse technical details such as country, browser and device type. Your IP address is used only momentarily to derive an anonymous identifier and is not stored, no profile is built about you, and you cannot be followed to other websites. Because nothing is stored on your device and no personal data is retained, this processing rests on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used, and does not require your consent.
